Keri Schnabel

Keri is an experienced teacher, writer, and traveler from Rhode Island. Keri got bitten by the travel bug in 2015 when she visited Beijing for the first time. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago in 2016 with a B.A. in Television Writing/ Production, she moved to Shanghai in 2017 to teach Business English to adults and university students.

After returning home for a little over a year, Keri found herself in China once again: this time in Kunming located in Yunnan Province. She received a one year scholarship to study Mandarin at Yunnan University from the Chinese Scholarship Council.

In 2020, Keri has embarked on a new adventure. She is in Incheon, South Korea teaching English to elementary school students.

Keri enjoys exploring new places/cultures, and trying the spiciest thing on the menu! When not planning her next big adventure, you can find her cooking, reading, exercising, and playing rugby.
