Kelly is passionate about self-care, and believes that yoga and meditation are some of the most powerful tools we have to create a deeper sense of happiness and well-being. Her yoga journey began about 20 years ago, as a way to practice self-care and manage stress. As a social worker, she is lucky enough to work in settings that incorporate similar mind-body techniques, and has seen first-hand how much they help to improve people’s lives. This inspires her to continually pursue training in the fields of Positive Psychology, Meditation, Yoga, and Mindfulness, and then integrate these teachings into her classes. Kelly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and is a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher with YT 200 hours.
