Jeannie started practicing yoga almost 18 years ago. Her first yoga class was a prenatal yoga class when she was pregnant with her first child. After getting injured from her long-distance running, yoga became her go to “sport” and was her staple for almost 18 years. Jeannie graduated from Pranotthan Yoga School with 200 hrs. In addition to a Master’s degree (MBA) in International Marketing, a certified nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition (Pn1), she is also a Registered Teacher of Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). She is excited to put her teaching experience and her nutrition coach training for CSEB’s Wellness Program. She is also the founding director for Cultural Society of East Bay and teaches in the Chinese Program of CSEB.
