This is our schedule at a glance:

Tues.Beginner Yoga – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Tues. 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Small Group Yoga with Jeannie on Zoom

Wed. 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Small Group Yoga with Jeannie on Zoom

Tues. (evening) Relaxing Hatha Yoga – 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Thurs.Beginner Yoga – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Thurs. 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Small Group Yoga with Jeannie on Zoom

Thurs. – Chair Yoga – 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Fri. Morning Yoga – 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

As a response to COVID-19, we only have one type of yoga class for now until we receive more requests. Please write to Director to let her know that you want another type of yoga class and at a time and day that are feasible for you. If enough demands and requests received, we will form a new class accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!
