Tues. – Beginner Yoga – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Tues. (evening) – Relaxing Hatha Yoga – 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Thurs. – Beginner Yoga – 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Thurs. – Chair Yoga – 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Fri. – Morning Yoga – 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
