We are very excited to add this new Wellness Program as part of CSEB’s programming. This program’s focus is to bring health, movement/exercise and nutrition to our community. We offer yoga classes every week. Periodically, we offer yoga workshop on a specific topic. You will learn the proper alignment to get into a pose and the benefits of each pose along with using your breath as you do each posture.
Here’s our schedule of yoga classes for October. Please feel free to send us an email if you want to schedule a semi-private or small-group of yoga session with just your friends. You can also set up appointment for nutrition coaching with a yoga session.
Mondays: Yoga One 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: Beginner Yoga 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Tuesdays: Gentle Mindful Yoga 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursdays: Beginner Yoga 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Periodically we will have Yoga Workshop from time to time. Please check our website or Mindbody App for updates.

5-Class Pass $60
10-Class Pass $110
Class passes are only used for Classes on Mon., Tues., & Thurs. excluding workshops.
Yoga Workshop $20- periodically scheduled. Please come back to our schedule to check for specific dates available.
Monthly membership $60/mo. (Monthly membership enables you to unlimited number of classes per month. )
